These KS1 Vent Compression Pants feature a slightly lower-rise waist than our current production model. Due to a manufacturing variation, the rise measures approximately 3/4" shorter, creating a lower waist fit.
Everything else is the same. You'll get the same premium compression, knee support, cooling fabric, construction, and durability as our standard KS1 Vent—only the waistband sits a little lower.

The KS1 Vent is a 7/8-length knee-stabilizing compression pant designed to keep you supported and comfortable during every workout. Our innovative Tri-Tech™ support layer helps improve knee stability, balance, and comfort by providing targeted support to active and recovering knees.
Built with StabiLuxe+™ TC temperature-control compression fabric, the KS1 Vent wicks away moisture and body heat to help keep you cool. Combined with breathable mesh panels, convenient side pockets, and a lightweight 1.5 mm support layer, it's an ideal choice for training, running, hiking, or wearing under work gear when you need extra knee support.
The KS1 Vent Tri-Tech support layer around the knees features a cooling and antibacterial Stabiluxe+ TC compression base and a thin layer of medical-grade, perforated neoprene:
- Antimicrobial and cooling StabiLuxe+™ TC compression base: 82% Nylon / 18% Spandex
- 1.5 mm perforated neoprene support layer around knees & hips
- Internal, flat drawstring for a more comfortable and secure fit.
- Phone pockets on the thighs.
- Approximately 3/4" lower rise than our current production model
- Built-in compression knee sleeves increase stability & balance
- Targeted knee compression helps to reduce joint pain and control inflammation
- The neoprene support layer aids in absorbing shock to reduce joint vibration
