We know the right fit can sometimes take a second try. That’s why Bracelayer Guaranteed Fit includes your first size exchange on us. If you need a different size, we’ll cover the return shipping and send your replacement at no additional shipping cost.
How Guaranteed Fit Works
1. Try your Bracelayer
Make sure you have the right size and fit for you.
2. Need a different size?
Start an exchange through our online Returns & Exchanges portal and select the size you need.
3. We cover the exchange shipping
We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for your original item.
4. Get your replacement
Once we’re notified of your exchange, we’ll ship your replacement at no additional shipping cost.
One Free Size Exchange Per Order
Guaranteed Fit includes one eligible size exchange per order, including return shipping and shipping of your replacement item.
