The KS1 knee stabilizing compression pants feature a yoga-style drawstring waistband for a comfortable and secure fit. They are built on a luxurious and supportive StabiLuxe+™ compression fabric base and feature pockets offering the perfect balance of stability, functionality, and versatility.

The innovative Tri-Tech support layer provides much-needed support and balance to active and recovering knees. Whether you're hitting the gym, out for a run, or just going about your day-to-day activities, our Women's KS1 Knee Stabilizing Compression Pants will keep you comfortable and supported.

Our unique Tri-Tech support layer around the knees features an antibacterial StabiLuxe+™ compression base and a thin layer of medical-grade, perforated neoprene:
