Ski longer and ski stronger! The KXV Alpine is a 7/8 length compression base layer that is designed to avoid chaffing inside ski and snowboard boots. They feature our targeted knee compression and hip support to improve stability and balance on the ski hill. The built-in knee sleeves also provide relief to tired and achy knees and the anti-bacterial, fleece-lined thermal StabiLuxe™ base will keep you warm above the treeline.  

    Our unique Tri-Tech support layer around the knees and hips features an antibacterial and thermal StabiLuxe™ compression base and a thin layer of perforated, medical-grade neoprene:

    - Thermal StabiLuxe™ compression base: 88% Nylon / 12% Spandex
    - 1.5 mm perforated neoprene support layer around knees, hips & IT bands
    - Non-slip waistband with silicone beading
    - Bootcut design ends below the calf and features a non-slip cuff

    • Built-in compression knee sleeves increase stability & balance for skiers and snowboarders
    • Targeted knee compression helps to reduce joint pain and control inflammation
    • Boot cut design to reduce ski & snowboard boot interference

      Best ever?

      Are they the best ever? I say so, I am a ski instructor and ski multiple days in a row, best way to describe it for me is "it holds everything together" during the day. When you put them on the next morning, it gives you confidence of warmth and support.

      My 3rd pair

      I just purchased my third pair of Bracelayer 7/8 insulated pants. I've tried a non-insulated pair and found it was too roomy for my skinny legs. The layer of insulation is just right to hug my knees and provide plenty of warmed while skiing. I highly recommend these for skiing.

      Just received my second pair this week and they fit great can’t wait to try them. In regards to sizing, I am usually a small. I read the reviews and ended up ordering a med based on statements that they run really small. Well the Med was way too big (fit but not compression). I ended up ordering my original size small at they are perfect. For reference I am 5’3 and 128lbs.

      Awesome!

      I had previously purchased the vented mesh boot cut bracelayer pants for running in hot weather and I love them. I decided to get these for cold weather running and they're great! Definitely allow for the break in period, because they are TIGHT, but they do such an awesome job of keeping my joints warm.

      Game changer!

      I just finished my first season skiing with the KXV alpine boot cut and they are a total game changer for me! I have suffered from knee pain and swelling after skiing for years. Wearing my Bracelayer pants greatly reduces the amount of swelling in my knees after a day on the slopes. I also really notice a difference the next day, there have been times in the past that I was not able to ski 2 days in a row due to my knee pain but with Bracelayer I am able to ski for the whole weekend! I won’t ski without them now and am looking at getting a lighter weight pair for summer activities. Try a pair, you won’t regret it!
