The KS1 knee stabilizing compression pants are built on a luxurious and supportive StabiLuxe+™ compression fabric base and offer the perfect balance of stability, functionality, and comfort.

The innovative Tri-Tech support layer provides support and balance to active and recovering knees, while the compression base promotes circulation and reduces muscle fatigue. The KS1 features a drawstring waistband, side pockets, and rear stash pockets.

Our unique Tri-Tech support layer around the knees features an antibacterial StabiLuxe+™ compression base and a thin layer of medical-grade, perforated neoprene:
